Position Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of complex Finance & Treasury Technology and AI-enabled transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise objectives.
  • Partner with business sponsors, technology leaders, architects, product owners, and Finance and Treasury subject matter experts to define delivery strategies, success measures, and value realization plans.

  • Drive alignment across business, technology, Data & AI, architecture, and control functions to establish clear ownership, accountability, and decision-making.
  • Manage initiative scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, and benefits while balancing competing priorities within a complex global environment.
  • Facilitate governance forums, executive steering committees, and stakeholder discussions to support timely decisions, issue resolution, and delivery transparency.
  • Develop executive communications, project reporting, and dashboards that provide clear insights into project health, risks, financial performance, and strategic trade-offs.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and regulatory considerations to improve delivery predictability and execution confidence.
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, Technology Business Management, and external vendors to support investment planning, forecasting, funding approvals, and financial stewardship.
  • Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, promoting collaboration, accountability, and execution excellence.
  • Manage vendor and partner deliverables, support contract and statement-of-work reviews, and monitor performance, financial commitments, and compliance with agreed terms.
  • Drive project closeout, lessons learned, and after-action reviews, ensuring operational readiness, knowledge transfer, and benefits tracking are established.
  • Promote effective practices across project delivery, governance, portfolio management, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement, translating delivery insights into actionable improvements for future initiatives.
  • Champion an innovation-focused mindset by applying AI, automation, and emerging technologies to simplify Finance and Treasury processes, improve productivity, enhance stakeholder experiences, and enable scalable delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale technology and transformation initiatives from initiation through production.
  • Broad understanding of enterprise technology, including Applications, Platforms, Cloud, Data, AI, Infrastructure and Integrations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing scope, schedules, financials, resources, risks, dependencies, vendors and delivery outcomes.
  • Strong financial management capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, variance analysis and business case development.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, technology governance and controls, with experience across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery approaches.
  • Ability to translate business priorities, architecture and technology requirements into clear, executable delivery plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Planview, Microsoft Project, Power BI or comparable project, portfolio and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
