Dedicated teams for lead follow-up, appointment setting, and client engagement. We help businesses turn leads into sales

Full company description

Best Office Staff is a lead management and appointment setting company that provides dedicated remote teams to handle follow-up, client intake, and sales support for businesses. Most businesses don’t have a lead problem. They have a follow-up problem. Companies invest in advertising, referrals, and outbound marketing. Leads come in through calls and web forms — yet growth still feels inconsistent. Not because interest is missing, but because consistent engagement is. The response is delayed. Follow-up becomes sporadic. Salespeople focus on closing, not chasing. Administrative teams get overloaded. By the time someone reconnects, the prospect has moved on. Best Office Staff helps companies fix the gap between marketing and sales by providing dedicated remote team members who work directly inside the business and manage the communication that turns inquiries into appointments and customers. We are not a shared call center or generic virtual assistant service. We provide full-time, assigned professionals who integrate into your CRM, calendars, and workflows and operate as part of your team. Our teams support: • Speed-to-lead response and qualification • Appointment setting and outbound outreach • Pipeline nurturing and re-engagement • Client intake and customer support • CRM updates and operational coordination Each team member works exclusively with one company, creating consistency and accountability. Over time they learn your processes, messaging, and customers — functioning much like an internal employee. We recruit university-educated professionals primarily from the Philippines and Latin America with strong English communication skills and experience supporting North American businesses. The result: More booked appointments. Better marketing ROI. Sales teams focused on selling. A business that is easier to scale. We don’t replace your team — we make your team more effective by ensuring leads are consistently worked and opportunities aren’t lost.

Job description

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who knows how to bring the right people to the right pages — and make sure they stick around. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving organic growth through smart strategy, technical know-how, and a deep understanding of how people search online.

You won’t just be chasing rankings — you’ll be shaping full user journeys, working with designers, developers, and content teams to turn search traffic into real results.

If you're equal parts data nerd and content enthusiast, this might be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Research keywords and user intent to guide content and site structure decisions.
  • Optimize pages for search engines and users — think meta tags, headers, internal links, schema markup, etc.
  • Run technical SEO audits and team up with devs to fix site speed, crawlability, mobile issues, and more.
  • Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to make sure SEO works hand-in-hand with user experience and conversion goals.
  • Keep an eye on Google updates and SEO trends to keep strategies fresh and effective.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work with design and dev teams during website projects to make sure SEO is baked in from the start.
  • Spot opportunities to improve the organic user journey using data and heatmaps.
  • Help shape landing pages and site structure with SEO performance in mind.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience is a plus!).
  • Proven results in growing organic traffic and improving rankings for key pages.
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO and how websites work under the hood.
  • Comfortable using tools like GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • A good sense of what makes content valuable to both users and search engines.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how UX impacts SEO performance.
  • Comfortable translating complex data into clear, actionable steps.

Tech Requirements (for remote work)

  • Processor: Intel Core i5 / Ryzen 5 or better
  • RAM: At least 16GB
  • Setup: Dual monitors, noise-canceling headset, working webcam for virtual meetings
