Embracing a spirit of growth and learning, SOAR will support you for the first two years of full-time employment and offers additional one-on-one support, programming, and initiatives rooted within Indigenous ways of knowing and being while in your TILT program. Think of this experience like an Indigenous Student Services Center. This experience empowers you with additional skills, allowing you to thrive within the spaces of Scotiabank, Tangerine, and other communities.
