We're partnering with a growing renewable energy organization seeking an experienced Solar Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of solar installation projects.
This is a hands-on project leadership opportunity for someone who understands both the technical and operational sides of solar energy projects.
You'll take ownership of project planning, budgets, schedules, contractor coordination, regulatory approvals and installation quality, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification.

Oversee permitting, approvals and compliance with applicable building, electrical, environmental and safety requirements.
Monitor project costs, purchase orders, invoices and change orders.
Identify scheduling conflicts, technical challenges and project risks before they affect delivery.
Conduct site inspections to verify installation quality, progress and safety compliance.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing project updates and resolving concerns.
Oversee final inspections, commissioning, documentation and project handover.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Proven project management experience, ideally within solar energy or renewable energy projects.
Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, system design and installation processes.
Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers and technical project teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, budgets and competing priorities.
Understanding of permitting, regulatory compliance and construction safety requirements.
Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science or a related field.
Proficiency with project management software and technical project documentation.
Highly Valued
Direct experience delivering solar installation projects.
Familiarity with HelioScope, PVsyst, Microsoft Project or Primavera.
Experience with solar system commissioning and final handover.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Who Will Thrive Here?
You're a Project Manager who understands that successful solar installations require more than a well-maintained schedule.
You know how to coordinate people, manage costs, anticipate technical issues and keep projects moving when unexpected challenges arise.
You're comfortable working with engineers and field teams, communicating directly with customers and taking accountability for results.
Most importantly, you understand the practical realities of delivering solar energy projects from concept to completion.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
Direct ownership of renewable energy project delivery.
Opportunity to work across the full solar project lifecycle.
Hands-on involvement in technical planning, installation and commissioning.
Collaboration with engineering, construction and field operations teams.
Meaningful responsibility for project performance, quality and customer satisfaction.

All applications and inquiries will be handled with discretion.
