As a Solution Designer, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Translate functional requirements into technical solutions aligned with the organization’s architectural direction.
  • Collaborate with architects, analysts, developers, and business partners to develop the best implementation strategies.
  • Ensure design integrity throughout the delivery lifecycle and support teams in implementing solutions.

Demonstrate leadership in its adoption within the team by identifying and sharing best practices, encouraging experimentation, and supporting colleagues in developing their proficiency and autonomy in using AI. Measure and demonstrate the productivity, quality, and efficiency gains resulting from its use.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a holistic understanding of application ecosystems;
  • Stands out for the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders;
  • Demonstrates strong, engaging leadership and the ability to influence without formal authority;
  • Is recognized for expertise in solution design, distributed architectures, APIs, and integration, as well as knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly .NET and SQL Server;
  • Has a minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology, including at least 5 years in solution design or application architecture, ideally in complex environments involving multiple integrated systems;
  • Has an advanced level of proficiency in both French and English, as the incumbent will collaborate daily with unilingual English-speaking partners, teams, and stakeholders across Canada.

Why you’ll love working with us

  • A work environment where learning and development come together with a shared pursuit of excellence;
  • Artificial intelligence is in everyone’s hands, helping increase personal efficiency while supporting the organization’s growth;
  • A healthy, safe, equitable, and inclusive environment where everyone’s potential can thrive and develop;
  • The opportunity to work in a hybrid environment supported by flexibility and access to inspiring and innovative workspaces.
