  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery methodologies, architecture principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices across the full software development lifecycle
  • Ability to translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable, secure, resilient, maintainable, and supportable technology solutions
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled technologies, including generative AI and agentic AI tools, to enhance software development, solution design, automation, productivity, and quality outcomes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
  • Knowledge of investment management, capital markets, trading, treasury, compliance, investment operations, or related financial services domains, with an understanding of technology delivery and application development practices in an Agile environment
  • Bilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
