  • Facilitating demonstrations, workshops, and learning sessions for employees across the organization.
  • Identifying adoption barriers and collaborating with employees, business leaders, application owners, and technology teams on practical solutions.

  • Sharing success stories and examples that demonstrate the value of digital tools across Canfor’s operations.

For this role, you’ll come equipped with:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital adoption, technology enablement, business process improvement, training, communications, business analysis, organizational change, or a related field.
  • Education in business, technology, communications, education, organizational development, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working with enterprise digital platforms, SaaS applications, Microsoft 365, or similar business technologies.
  • An understanding of AI, Microsoft Copilot, and modern digital workplace technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the confidence to facilitate workshops, deliver presentations, and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and the ability to connect technology with practical business needs.
  • Comfort working with data and the ability to interpret information and clearly communicate meaningful insights.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach to helping others learn and adopt technology.
  • The ability to balance multiple priorities while working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Change management experience, with a Change Management certification considered an asset.

  • Experience in manufacturing, forestry, industrial operations, or a similar environment is an asset, but not required.
