Ready to make your next big professional move? Join us on our journey to achieve our big dream of building the most loved restaurant brands in the world.

Restaurant Brands International Inc. is one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies with nearly $45 billion in annual system-wide sales and over 32,000 restaurants in more than 120 countries and territories.

RBI owns four of the world's most prominent and iconic quick service restaurant brands – TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS®. These independently operated brands have been serving their respective guests, franchisees and communities for decades. Through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework, RBI is improving sustainable outcomes related to its food, the planet, and people and communities.

RBI is committed to growing the TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES® and FIREHOUSE SUBS® brands by leveraging their respective core values, employee and franchisee relationships, and long track records of community support. This is an exciting opportunity to join RBI’s Treasury team and gain broad exposure to the financial activities of a global organization. The Senior Analyst plays a key role in enterprise-wide treasury and financial planning, with responsibilities spanning cash flow forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. The position develops financial models and translates complex data into actionable insights for finance leadership. Working closely with FP&A, Accounting, and business units, the Senior Analyst contributes to key treasury and business initiatives and interacts directly with senior finance leaders. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and financial modeling skills, exceptional attention to detail, a high degree of ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Analysis:

  • Support enterprise-wide cash management across all RBI entities, including but not limited to short and long-term cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring of capital markets and foreign exchange activities
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting and variance analyses for cash flow, interest expense, and working capital, highlighting key drivers and trends for senior finance leadership, including the Treasurer and CFO.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dynamic financial models that support business decisions and operational growth planning.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, automate recurring analyses, and improve data quality.

Cross-Functional Support & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Assist with financial and analytical support for special projects and strategic initiatives, offering insights that guide business objectives and growth.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting analyses, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related analytical function

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and use of advanced formulas, charting, and pivot tables.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and SAP (preferred).

AdditionalSkills:

  • Highly detail-oriented, self-directed, and resourceful, with strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to learn quickly, independently research solutions, solve problems with minimal guidance, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while navigating uncertainty.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex analyses to finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion, or similar ERP and planning tools is preferred.

Salary:

Base salary range of $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 CAD. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills.
