  • Develop annual and seasonal marketing plans to effectively activate contractual Brand Development Fund (BDF) commitments across Chatters marketing initiatives.

  • Identify, present, and sell additional marketing opportunities beyond existing vendor commitments to drive incremental revenue growth.

  • Develop innovative vendor marketing programs, partnership opportunities, and new revenue streams that respond to evolving brand needs.

  • Create compelling proposals connecting vendor objectives with Chatters marketing channels, including digital, ecommerce, loyalty, social media, and in-salon experiences.

  • Negotiate program scope and investment, secure approvals, and maintain a strong pipeline of incremental revenue opportunities.

  • Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Ecommerce, Salon Operations, and Finance to successfully execute vendor-funded programs.

  • Manage and track contractual commitments, BDF allocations, budgets, incremental investments, and available balances to ensure financial accountability.

  • Monitor program performance, share results and recommendations with vendor partners, and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and grow investment.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, vendor partnerships, retail media, or a related commercial role.

  • Marketing experience, preferably in vendor marketing, brand partnerships, or integrated marketing programs.

  • Proven success growing accounts, selling new opportunities, and achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

  • Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders.

  • Strong commercial judgment and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, contracts, forecasts, spending, and performance reporting.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple vendor partners and internal teams from proposal through execution.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven approach to identifying business opportunities.

  • Knowledge of integrated marketing programs across digital, ecommerce, loyalty, and in-store channels.

  • Experience in beauty, hair care, retail, or consumer packaged goods is considered an asset.

What We Offer
