Join us on our journey as we bring together the best of Europe and North America to shape the future of automotive retail.

Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join AutoSync and help shape the future of our dealership CRM. Our mission is to help automotive dealerships build stronger customer relationships, manage their sales pipeline, and turn more opportunities into sales.

You’ll design experiences that connect customer information, lead management, communications, follow-up, and deal progression in one place. You’ll help evolve an established CRM into a unified, intelligent platform, simplifying complex workflows while supporting the dealers who rely on us every day. This includes exploring how AI, automation, and customer insights can help dealership teams prioritize their work and take action.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams, you’ll translate dealer needs into intuitive, cohesive experiences. You’ll also contribute to our design system and raise the quality, consistency, and accessibility of the product. We measure success through product adoption, dealer efficiency, customer engagement, and sales conversion.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end product design for key areas of the CRM, from understanding dealer needs and defining problems to delivering polished experiences and evaluating their impact.
  • Simplify complex workflows across customer profiles, lead and pipeline management, communications, tasks, appointments, and deal progression, helping sales representatives and managers understand what needs attention and act quickly.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to shape priorities, explore solutions, and take features from discovery through prototyping, user testing, implementation, and launch.
  • Help evolve a lead-centric product into a connected customer experience, bringing fragmented information and activity together while making the transition intuitive for existing users.
  • Design useful AI and automation experiences that reduce repetitive work, support timely follow-up, and turn customer data into clear next steps.
  • Explore divergent concepts and establish a clear design direction, balancing a cohesive long-term vision with practical, incremental improvements.
  • Conduct dealer interviews, observe real workflows, and test prototypes. Combine qualitative research, customer feedback, and product analytics to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system, partnering with Engineering to improve consistency, accessibility, and implementation quality across the CRM.
  • Lead and participate in design critiques and cross-functional working sessions, communicating your rationale, seeking focused feedback, and building alignment around dealer needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of end-to-end design experience, from research and problem discovery through to detailed interaction, visual design, and delivery
  • Prior experience leading design for complex use cases in cross-functional teams (Bonus: Experience working in automotive and/or Saas enterprise software products)
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual and interaction design sense, with a focus on delivering consumer and business outcomes
  • Ability to communicate a strong point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends
  • Self-starter attitude, comfortable maintaining multiple tasks and shifting business needs
