Job description

StackAdapt is the leading technology company that empowers marketers to reach, engage, and convert audiences with precision. With 465 billion automated optimizations per second, the AI-powered StackAdapt Marketing Platform seamlessly connects brand and performance marketing to drive measurable results across the entire customer journey. The most forward-thinking marketers choose StackAdapt to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels.

We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to own our growing B2B marketing portfolio. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Revenue, and Partnership teams, communicating precisely across the org to keep stakeholders informed, resolving questions from customer-facing teams, and helping triage bugs and regressions as they surface.

This role reports to the Director of Product.

StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada or the United States of America for this position.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own our B2B/ABM marketing portfolio end to end, both directly and through collaboration, from account discovery through reporting
  • Develop a short and long-term vision for your portfolio, and strive to make B2B marketing a competitive differentiator for StackAdapt
  • Be hyper-focused on every last detail, ensuring the team is always working on the most impactful features
  • Deliver products end-to-end with a team of talented engineers and designers, navigating technical and organizational dependencies
  • Define the multi-year vision and take ownership of initiatives end-to-end, establishing trust with your engineering and design partners

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Extensive product management experience at a digital SaaS company, ideally including taking a new product from zero to one
  • Prior experience with advertising technologies (AdTech) and programmatic media is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with B2B marketing or ABM platforms, or deep familiarity with how B2B marketers run account-based programs to generate pipelines
  • Experience integrating with major CRM, marketing automation ecosystems, and data platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • High technical fluency: comfortable discussing data pipelines, identity resolution, and measurement/attribution constraints with engineers, and able to explain them to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated track record of setting multi-year strategy for a product portfolio and turning it into a roadmap, with a short- and long-term view of how B2B becomes a competitive differentiator for StackAdapt
  • Strong Product Management craft and theory, with the practical experience to back it up
  • A keen design sense grounded in design thinking, inclusive design, and usability heuristics; able to look at a guided workflow through a B2B marketer's eyes
  • You prioritize with reason, clarity, and purpose, aligning stakeholders across Revenue, Partnerships, Data Science, and Product Marketing and focusing on the KPIs you're moving; you lead by influence, not formal authority
  • You've incorporated AI tooling into your day-to-day work and understand where AI helps B2B customers versus where deterministic methods are the right call
