  • Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience with clear, timely communication.
  • Ensure hiring complies with employment legislation, EDI commitments, and internal policies.

Recruitment Operations, Technology & Onboarding:

  • Use ATS, sourcing, automation, and analytics tools to streamline hiring workflows.
  • Maintain accurate ATS data and pipeline visibility across open roles.
  • Track diversity recruitment data to inform inclusive hiring.
  • Support new hires from offer acceptance through preboarding and their first few weeks, using onboarding technology to share key information and check in regularly.

  • Strong experience with ATS, sourcing, and recruitment automation tools; LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, Workable, or HiBob experience a strong asset.
  • Able to ramp up quickly, juggle competing priorities, and deliver results within a six-month term.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior leaders and hiring managers.
  • Comfortable using recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • HR certification (e.g., HRPA) is a plus.
