  • Confidence approaching prospective customers and developing new accounts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage your territory independently.
  • Excellent organization, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new technology.
  • A positive, energetic attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to travel and occasionally work evenings or weekends when business needs require.
  • Ability to provide professional references.

A college diploma or degree in a related field is considered an asset.

What Success Looks Like

You'll be successful in this role when you're consistently identifying new opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and contributing to territory revenue growth. You'll take ownership of your sales activities, follow through on commitments, and work closely with your branch team to deliver solutions that keep customers coming back.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary, depending on experience
  • Eligibility to participate in the Territory Sales Commission Plan
  • 5% RRSP matching after one year
  • Full health and dental benefits (shared costs)
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule
  • Personal and professional development opportunities
  • Opportunities to expand your industry and product knowledge
