  • Troubleshooting: Resolve complex deployment, connectivity, performance, and availability issues within production and live services environments.

  • Automation & Innovation: Lead the development of productivity-enhancing tools and evaluate new technologies to improve team efficiency and platform capabilities.

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and runbooks for live support.

Your Qualifications:

  • Critical System Design: Proven track record in the design, implementation, and operational support of critical, always-on cloud systems.

  • Containerization & DevOps: Expertise in Kubernetes (EKS), Helm, and Docker to manage and scale containerized workloads.

  • Automation & Programming: Experience developing automated solutions using Python || Java || Groovy || C++ as well as proficiency with configuration management tools such as Terraform and/or Ansible.

  • Observability & CI/CD: Practical knowledge of monitoring systems such as Prometheus and Grafana, and pipeline automation platforms including Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, GitHub pipelines.
