  • Participate in the funding audit cycle, with an emphasis on ensuring that Assignor Portfolios are in compliance with approved policies and parameters.
  • Prepare funding packages while ensuring that all documents have been obtained (i.e. purchase summaries and waivers), are signed and dated as required.
  • Identify and flag contracts or transactions that do not meet the eligibility requirements of the program.
  • Communicate audit findings clearly while ensuring that responses adequately identify the risks and/or issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of tranche due diligence findings and decisions.
  • Monitor exposures within each Assignor's program to ensure compliance with MPSA requirements.
  • Ensure funding packages are complete, signed off, and submitted in a timely manner to ensure same-day value of wire transfers.
  • Assist with improving efficiencies in the audit process of each Assignor.
  • Provide support to the reporting and credit teams as needed.

What we look for:

  • Business degree or related post-secondary education, and/or relevant work experience.
  • Basic understanding of financial services and foundational risk concepts.
  • Experience and understanding of US and CAD securitization and leasing would be an asset.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office products, and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and business communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Sound judgment with the ability to independently problem-solve.

What we offer:

  • A positive team-based work atmosphere that promotes collaboration and career advancement.
  • Competitive compensation package including base salary, an incentive award and pension supplement program.
  • An outstanding benefit program.
  • Tuition refund program.
  • Fitness club membership.
