Job description

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE:

· Work closely with the treasury team on cash accounting, and make sure cash controls are followed.

· Post daily journal entries, including acquisition entries, accruals and reclasses.

· Manage AR: invoicing, aging, collection follow-ups with the groups, credit memos and disputes.

· Track and clear intercompany loans and interest.

· Support AP and billing: vendor bills, PO matching, vendor statements, payment runs and expense reports.

· Assist in closing the accounts at month-end and year-end, and prepare audit schedules.

· Reconcile HQ balance sheet accounts monthly and clear old items.

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Degree in accounting or finance.

· 2 to 4 years of accounting experience in GL, reconciliations, AR or AP.

· CPA completed or in progress.

· Knowledge of Python, SQL or Power BI.

· Multi-entity, multi-currency and intercompany experience.
