Working within a 24/7 casino environment, the Assistant Security Manager is expected to operate with a high degree of independence, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and follow through to achieve results. Education and Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a full-time security supervisor role with direct responsibility for staff oversight and shift operations.

- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., business, criminal justice, psychology, or sociology) is an asset.

- Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution, de-escalation, and incident management.
