Graduate training, ongoing support, opportunities at leading global employers – the Alumni graduate program gives you everything you need. (And don’t worry, there’s no training bond. No exit fees, no hidden catches).

Our client in Toronto is currently seeking a highly skilled Associate to join their Business Management group. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies and contribute to the evolution of our infrastructure.

Your Main Responsibilities will Include:

  • Involvement in Fiscal year planning processes with support to development of financial demands in alignment with portfolio strategy.
  • Presentation and analysis of all monthly and standard reporting to stakeholders.
  • Report progress in regular meetings and through formal reporting to all groups.
  • Establish streamlined program governance & control for Client, Banking, Data & Digital Technology Portfolio, including strategic content.
  • Work with leads to facilitate the provision of timely and insightful performance data that supports strategy execution.
  • Resource tracking and headcount management inclusive of onboarding and off boarding.
  • Work internally with the team to build a collaborative culture that drives continuous improvement and technology innovation, constructively challenging outdated and inefficient practices.

How the Alumni program works:

  1. Apply via this job advert.
  2. Complete our assessment process.
  3. Get trained remotely. You’ll learn everything you need to start your career in banking services. Learning from experts from mthree who have decades of experience, you'll be taught the technical and soft skills that organizations really need. Training is completely free and there are no hidden costs or catches.
  4. Join a mthree client for 12-24 months while receiving support and salary increases every 12 months.
  5. The vast majority then convert to permanent employees with the client at the end of the program.

What you’ll need:

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Very strong analytical and presentation skills, with excellent grasp of PowerPoint / excel / word and ability to distill large quantities of information into key themes / issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with capacity to work with senior teams and ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Be able to work effectively under pressure and with multiple stakeholders and willingness to go the ‘extra-mile’.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, filter information and prioritize multiple demands.
  • Experiences in budget management, forecasting and financial models is a plus.
  • Accounting designation (CPA, CA, CGA, CMA) or MBA preferred but not required.

What you’ll get:

  • In-depth interactive training in small classes with graduates like you. Our training is created and delivered by industry experts who know your field inside out.
  • A generous graduate salary with pay rises every 12 months to reflect your progress.
  • A flexible benefit package.
  • Ongoing training, support and social events throughout your placement.
  • An opportunity to kickstart your career and gain valuable experience in an attractive and exciting industry.

At mthree, our values support courageous teammates, needle movers, and learning champions all while striving to support the health and well-being of all employees. We take great pride in celebrating the diversity of each individual who contributes to making mthree the company it is today and will be in the future.
