● Partner with internal teams and vendors to validate system readiness, compatibility, reliability, and user experience.

● Follow security, compliance, change management, and operational standards when supporting AV infrastructure.

Basic Requirements

● 0–2 years of experience in audio/visual support, infrastructure support, IT support, conference room technology, or a related technical role.

● Experience or hands-on exposure with AV hardware such as displays, audio systems, cameras, microphones, speakers, cabling, and room control equipment.

● Familiarity with video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, or similar collaboration technologies.

● Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues, document findings, and escalate complex issues appropriately.

● Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support end users and collaborate across teams.

● Foundational understanding of infrastructure, networking, system support, or technology operations.

● Ability to follow defined processes, maintain accurate documentation, and support reliable technology service delivery.

Preferred Skills/Experience

● Exposure to Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Q-SYS, Shure, Logitech, Poly, Cisco, or similar AV technologies.

● Experience supporting conference rooms, training rooms, executive meeting spaces, or collaborative work environments.

● Familiarity with digital signage platforms, collaboration displays, occupancy sensors, or room scheduling systems.

● Basic understanding of network connectivity, device provisioning, firmware updates, and AV-over-IP concepts.

● Experience working with vendors, installers, facilities teams, or managed service providers.

● Interest in automation, monitoring tools, scripting, or process improvement for AV support workflows.

● Experience in healthcare, enterprise, or other regulated environments is helpful but not required.

● Work arrangement may vary based on business, team, and site needs.

● Occasional travel to office locations or project sites may be required for installations, upgrades, or support.
