  • Be a Key Part of the Team: Work directly with branch management and technicians, contributing to customer satisfaction, safety, and the overall success of the Terrace Branch.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT HERE:
  • Coordinate Service: Create work orders and repair estimates, prepare quotes, obtain customer approvals, coordinate road and shop technicians, and ensure completed work is closed and invoiced.
  • Support Parts Operations: Assist customers with parts inquiries, lookup and sourcing, shipping and receiving, inventory organization, and warranty and core returns.
  • Keep Rentals Running Smoothly: Prepare rental contracts and invoices, coordinate equipment preparation and deliveries, and document returns, inspections, and damage.
  • Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Handle customer calls and walk-in inquiries, communicate updates throughout the service process, collect payments, and help resolve customer needs.
  • Keep the Branch Organized and Safe: Coordinate freight and equipment movements, maintain orderly work areas, liaise with vendors and contractors, and promote a safe, customer-focused work environment.

WHAT WE OFFER:
  • Compensation: Competitive compensation package
  • Benefits: Comprehensive health and dental benefits.
  • Savings: RRSP matching.
  • Vacation: Paid vacation.
  • Career Growth: Opportunities to build your experience across service, parts, rentals, and branch operations.
