You will work with business owners, enterprise architects and delivery teams to bring consistency and traceability to a large-scale transformation. You will also transfer knowledge to government staff so the function can be sustained after the contract ends.
We are hiring for two streams: Core (enterprise analysis, requirements, data and integration) and Agile Delivery Specialist (the same foundation, with a stronger focus on Agile delivery, intake and demand management, and ERP and enterprise architecture alignment). Please tell us which stream you are applying for, or whether you are open to either.

Develop process maps, workflows and decision trees that define business logic and information flows
Define and document data structures, interfaces and integration points between manual and automated processes and existing systems
Develop user stories, backlog items and acceptance criteria, and support backlog refinement
Prepare intake assessment reports and delivery options analyses with risks and recommended approaches
Maintain intake decision logs and requirements traceability records
Support validation and testing activities and adherence to departmental methodologies
Document procedures, lessons learned and training materials, and lead knowledge transfer sessions
Attend designated meetings and submit timesheets and status reports
Must-Have Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst on enterprise-level business transformation within the last 15 years
One of the following certifications: PMI-PBA, CCBA, CBAP or BCS Certificate in Business Analysis Practice

5+ years within the last 10 years eliciting and documenting business, functional and system requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria
5+ years within the last 10 years maintaining traceability between requirements and business artefacts
