  • Strong closing ability and willingness to ask directly for the business
  • Highly accountable, disciplined, and consistent in prospecting and follow-up
  • Competitive and results-oriented while maintaining professional, ethical, and client-focused conduct
  • Able to work independently, prioritize high-value opportunities, and maintain urgency
  • Uses CRM data and sales metrics to manage activity, pipeline, forecasts, and results
  • Comfortable being measured against clear activity, pipeline, conversion, and revenue expectations

Required Qualifications:

  • A science background (college, university) or equivalent gained through experience in a related field
  • Valid Provincial Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving history (abstract required)

  • On-target earnings exceeding $100,000 annually, including base salary and commission.
  • Car allowance, company phone, travel to conferences, team events and more.
  • Structured wage increases.
  • Comprehensive benefit package specific to your work status (including extended medical, dental, and vision coverage, access to company perks, life and disability insurance, employee assistance and wellness programs).
