About PakFactory
PakFactory has spent over a decade as a design-led custom packaging partner to North American brands across apparel, beauty, food and beverage, and beyond. We're now at a genuine inflection point: transforming from a service business into a technology-powered platform. That means rebuilding our website, launching customer and vendor portals, and shipping AI products that change how packaging gets quoted, designed, and delivered.
The Mission
PakFactory is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to open new doors for our custom packaging business. You will be on the front lines of generating new opportunities: researching target brands, reaching out to decision-makers, and re-engaging dormant accounts and lapsed prospects. This role is primarily outbound. You will build and work your own call pools, qualify interest, and hand qualified opportunities to our sales team through a defined process in our CRM. This is a strong fit for a proactive, resilient sales professional who enjoys prospecting and wants to build a career in B2B sales.
