Salary: $25 - $28/hr
Job Type: 6-month Contract with Strong Potential for Extension
Posting Type: Open vacancy

We’re hiring a Catalog & Data Coordinator for our client, a leading global technology company transforming how people discover and access everyday products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys research, organizing data, and making sure the details are right.

In this role, you’ll help maintain the quality and accuracy of a large digital product catalog used by customers every day. You’ll review product information, investigate discrepancies, validate details across multiple sources, and help ensure data is accurate, consistent, and organized.

What You’ll Do:

- Review, organize, and validate product and catalog information for accuracy and consistency
- Research product details using images, websites, databases, and other available sources
- Verify product attributes, brand information, classifications, and other catalog details
- Identify discrepancies or incomplete information and research the correct answer
- Categorize, label, and maintain information according to established guidelines and standards
- Review completed work for accuracy and identify potential quality issues
- Help standardize information when the same product, brand, or attribute appears in different formats
- Work with large volumes of information while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Learn and navigate new internal tools, systems, and processes
- Work independently while collaborating with a supportive, fast-moving team

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience working with catalogs, archives, records, databases, metadata, research, content, data entry, data validation, information management, or other detail-focused work
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
- Strong research and investigative skills with the ability to verify information across multiple sources
- Comfortable working with large amounts of information and completing highly detailed work
- An eye for inconsistencies, patterns, and information that doesn’t quite look right
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Resourceful, curious, and comfortable finding answers independently
- Comfortable learning new technology, systems, and processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is an asset
- Basic exposure to SQL is an asset but not required

Why This Opportunity?

You’ll have the opportunity to work behind the scenes of a large-scale digital platform, where the accuracy and organization of information directly impact the customer experience. Your work won’t disappear into a spreadsheet - the improvements you make will contribute to the quality of a product catalog used every day.

If you’re someone who enjoys organizing information, researching details, spotting inconsistencies, and the satisfaction of getting things exactly right, we’d love to hear from you.
