This role is for someone who enjoys staying busy, moves quickly between conversations, and feels energized by a high volume of outbound calls and emails.

At Aqua Life Swim Academy, our Client Care & Sales team speaks with families who are actively looking to register for swim lessons. This is a phone-heavy, high-pace role where efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism matter.

  • Speak with clients, assess needs, and recommend appropriate swim programs
  • Convert inquiries into registrations in a clear and professional manner
  • Follow up on incomplete registrations and warm leads
  • Manage client accounts, schedule changes, and general questions
  • Accurately document interactions in our CRM (GoHighLevel / Google Workspace)
  • Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth client experience

This Role Is NOT For You If:

  • You prefer slow-paced or low-volume work
  • You dislike being on the phone most of the day
  • You struggle with multitasking or staying focused under pressure

This Role IS a Great Fit If:

  • You thrive in high-volume, fast-moving environments
  • You are confident and clear on the phone
  • You stay organized while handling multiple tasks
  • You work well with structure, processes, and schedules
  • You are dependable, punctual, and accountable

What We’re Looking For

  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in call-center, client care, or sales roles (preferred)
  • Comfort handling back-to-back calls and inquiries
  • Attention to detail and accurate data entry
  • Ability to work Sunday–Thursday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Why Join Aqua Life Swim Academy

  • Meaningful work helping families access life-saving swim skills
  • Warm inbound inquiries (no cold calling)
  • Clear systems, scripts, and support
  • Professional, respectful, and fast-paced team environment
  • Fully remote role with consistent hours
  • Opportunity for advancement
