Harry Rosen is a proudly Canadian born and raised retailer of fine quality menswear with store locations across the nation. We have been specializing in luxury menswear for over 70 years and have been officially recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies. We are committed to developing retail professionals who love retail and have the passion and ability to inspire exceptional service.

Client Concierge Specialist, Luxury Retail
Full-Time Permanent
Cumberland., Toronto

Harry Rosen is looking for a Client Concierge Specialist to join our flagship Bloor Street team. You’ll be the first person our clients meet. You’ll know who is coming in, what they need, and which advisor should be helping them, and you’ll make sure every visit to Canada’s leading luxury menswear destination runs smoothly from start to finish.

This role is a good fit for someone with experience in a luxury boutique, designer brand, or high-end department store who enjoys client relationships and wants to own the in-store experience.

What you’ll do

Client Welcome & Clienteling

  • Greet every client at the front of the store and set the tone for the Harry Rosen experience.
  • Read each client’s needs in the moment and connect them with the right advisor or leader without delay.
  • Know our key clients, their preferences, and their upcoming appointments, and prepare their visits ahead of time.
  • Manage handoffs between advisors and leaders smoothly, so no client is left waiting.

Appointment & Advisor Support

  • Support active appointments throughout the day so advisors can stay focused on styling and selling.
  • Direct post-visit follow-up to the right advisor or leader and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Answer and assess all incoming calls with the same standard of service clients get in person.

White Glove Delivery & Client Logistics

  • Coordinate local deliveries to hotels and white glove deliveries to client homes.
  • Work with advisors on timing, client preferences, and presentation standards.
  • Track delivery status and keep advisors and clients informed.

Events, Trunk Shows & Brand Activations

  • Serve as the main in-store contact for events, designer trunk shows, and brand activations.
  • Manage guest experience logistics so events reflect the standards of our brand partners.

In-Store Hospitality

  • Oversee the store’s client hospitality offering, including refreshments and special arrangements for scheduled appointments.
  • Set consistent service standards for the team.
  • Build and manage local partnerships, such as coffee and dessert pop-ups, that add to the in-store experience.

What you bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in luxury retail, such as a designer boutique, luxury brand, or high-end department store, in a client-facing role.
  • A track record of personalized, high-touch client experiences and lasting client relationships.
  • Familiarity with clienteling practices and client management systems.
  • A polished, professional presence and an appreciation for luxury brands, product, and presentation standards.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, advisors, leaders, and external partners.
  • Excellent organization and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and special events.

What we offer

  • Competitive hourly pay plus eligibility for monthly and annual team bonuses
  • Industry-leading employee discount and special purchase opportunities
  • A comprehensive flexible benefits package
  • Pension and Group RRSP programs
  • A coach committed to supporting your career goals
  • A diverse, inclusive culture supported by our internal Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council
  • A clear path for growth, with a strong record of internal promotion into advisor and leadership roles

Compensation: $20.00–$23.00 per hour
