- Define and enforce repository standards, including structure, branching and release strategies, documentation requirements, access controls, and lifecycle governance to ensure automation assets are secure, maintainable, discoverable, and reusable at scale.
- Contribute to automation enablement through reference architectures, design templates, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing across teams.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

- Proven experience designing and implementing automation at scale in enterprise environments.
- Hands‑on expertise with automation technologies such as:

- Agentic and workflow‑driven automation, including event‑driven or AI‑assisted workflows
- Strong understanding of SRE fundamentals and production operations, including reliability and resilience, observability capabilities, and service delivery through automated deployment and runtime operations.
- Ability to operate independently on complex technical problems and influence across teams without direct authority.
- Experience defining automation standards or frameworks adopted by multiple teams and supporting on‑premises and cloud environments, including hybrid and multi‑cloud platforms.
