You'll review account activity, monitor payment commitments, and escalate unresolved concerns when appropriate.
You'll maintain accurate records of customer transactions, communications, and follow-up activities within internal systems.
You'll support order management activities and make credit-related decisions in accordance with established company policies.

Strong customer service, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with confidence communicating with clients by phone.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to review account information, identify discrepancies, and track payment activity.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of accounts and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call-heavy environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Experience with Salesforce, credit management systems, or accounts receivable software is considered an asset but is not required.
