This leader will build relationships with dental professionals, distributors, DSOs, labs, and key accounts while driving adoption of SprintRay’s digital dentistry solutions.

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial sales leader who has personally delivered measurable revenue growth, led quota-carrying teams, and built repeatable sales processes. Strong commercial and financial judgment is important, but proven sales success and the ability to lead from the front are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Targets, Revenue Growth & Forecasting

  • Own and deliver annual and quarterly Canadian revenue targets, sales quotas, and growth objectives; establish clear territory and individual sales goals.

  • Lead accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, opportunity management, and conversion analysis; identify gaps and execute corrective action plans.

Sales Team Leadership & Execution

  • Recruit, develop, coach, and lead a high-performing, quota-carrying sales team; establish accountability, performance standards, and regular sales coaching.

  • Drive hands-on selling, strategic account development, deal execution, and disciplined CRM adoption; lead by example in winning and expanding key accounts.

Market Development & New Business

  • Build and execute a Canadian market growth plan, identifying underserved territories, prospecting opportunities, new customers, and scalable routes to market.

  • Drive new customer acquisition and adoption of SprintRay’s digital dentistry solutions across dental practices, labs, DSOs, universities, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

Channel & Partner Management

  • Develop and manage distributor and channel partners against measurable sales targets, pipeline expectations, and growth plans.

  • Lead partner enablement, joint selling, negotiations, pricing strategies, and partner performance improvement.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Partner with global marketing teams to develop regionally relevant campaigns, events, and initiatives

  • Ensure consistent brand positioning while adapting messaging to local market dynamics

Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Establish and monitor sales KPIs including quota attainment, bookings, revenue, forecast accuracy, pipeline coverage, win rates, and sales productivity.

  • Conduct regular sales and business reviews, communicate forecast risks and opportunities, and report measurable results to executive leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with global sales, marketing, finance, operations, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution

  • Support customer success initiatives, manage escalations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Leadership & Representation

  • Act as SprintRay’s senior representative in Canada, engaging with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key meetings

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent demonstrated sales leadership experience considered.

  • 10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, including significant experience leading quota-carrying sales teams and delivering measurable revenue growth.

  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding individual and team sales quotas, developing new markets, and scaling a territory or regional sales organization.

  • Dental industry experience strongly preferred, especially dental equipment, digital dentistry, dental technology, or dental distribution; related medical device or capital equipment sales experience also valued.

  • Experience building and coaching sales teams, managing distributor/channel sales, and owning sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics; P&L experience is an advantage.

Core Competencies

  • Strong sales acumen: territory planning, quota setting, forecasting, CRM pipeline management, negotiation, closing, and sales performance coaching.

  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with the ability to build a market from the ground up and consistently convert opportunities into revenue.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders

  • Deep understanding of Canadian business culture, provincial market differences, regulatory environment, and commercial practices

Travel

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across Canada
