  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic channel partners, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, while collaborating closely with Sales and cross-functional teams. The role focuses on complex order-to-cash and commercial support activities for business customers and is distinct from a consumer-facing call center environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Outlook, Teams and Word, with experience in reporting, data analysis, discrepancy investigation and accurate financial and quantity calculations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, negotiation, and written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly during escalations and difficult customer conversations.
