The pay range for the role is $52,300 to $87,100.

The Customer Supply Chain Representative owns day‑to‑day order fulfillment and customer communications for assigned accounts, ensuring customer commitments are executed reliably within the short‑term supply chain horizon. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Supply Chain, this role is responsible for translating customer orders and demand signals into accurate execution, while proactively managing exceptions and service risks.

As the primary point of contact for customer order execution, the Representative executes mitigation actions agreed through the Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) process, ensures allocation and fulfillment decisions are implemented as planned, and communicates clearly with customers when issues arise. The role also plays a key part in surfacing demand signals, recurring issues, and execution insights to support continuous improvement.

Working closely with Sales, Planning, Operations, Logistics, Transportation, QA, and IT, the Customer Supply Chain Representative helps ensure consistent execution, timely issue resolution, and dependable service across the end‑to‑end supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Customer Service Excellence

  • Manage end-to-end order fulfillment for assigned customer accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to service level targets and customer expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries, bridging communication between customers and internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance).
  • Monitor and process EDI transactions and ERP-based orders, proactively resolving discrepancies or delays.

Issue Resolution & Root Cause Analysis

  • Investigate and resolve service issues promptly, applying root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Coordinate returns, credits, and complaint handling in compliance with SOPs and food safety standards.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams to support customer initiatives and optimize fulfillment processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to projects that enhance customer experience and operational/distribution efficiency.

Data & Performance Management

  • Utilize ERP systems and reporting tools to track order status, service metrics, and inventory availability.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audits and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or supply chain within a fast-paced Consumer Goods environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Strong technical aptitude with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and EDI transactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with data analysis tools is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment in all situations.
  • Bilingualism (French) is an asset.
