The Data Analyst will support the design, integration, and continuous improvement of data solutions that connect internal systems and external partner platforms. This role transforms complex data into reliable, actionable insights and high-level views that enable effective decision-making and clear communication with stakeholders.
We are seeking a technically minded professional who proactively identifies opportunities to improve systems, tools, data quality, and process efficiency. The Data Analyst will partner with the manager, business teams, technology teams, and external stakeholders to design and enhance automated processes for collecting, validating, cleansing, transforming, and exchanging data. The role will help define integration requirements, troubleshoot data flows, support scalable file and interface solutions, and collaborate with the U.S. team on cross-border data system integration. The successful candidate will maintain an AI-ready mindset—continually identifying and responsibly leveraging approved AI and automation tools to reduce repetitive manual work, strengthen controls, and accelerate analysis, while applying appropriate human review, data privacy, and governance practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential in this dynamic role with evolving priorities.
Job Responsibilities

- Support system integration initiatives by gathering requirements, mapping source-to-target data, validating transformations, and coordinating testing and implementation activities.
- Monitor inbound and outbound data flows, investigate exceptions, perform root-cause analysis, and work with internal teams and external partners to resolve data and interface issues.
- Design, maintain, and improve automated processes for data collection, cleansing, transformation, validation, and file generation, using approved AI-enabled tools where they can safely improve speed, quality, and scalability.
- Continuously identify repetitive, rules-based manual tasks and evaluate opportunities to apply approved AI, intelligent automation, or workflow tools, with appropriate testing, documentation, human oversight, data privacy, and governance.
- Serve as the point person for enhancing product categorization, master data quality, and related analytics using appropriate tools and governance practices.
- Operate database and reporting tools to analyze data, identify trends and anomalies, and develop clear insights and compelling business stories.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement continuous improvement opportunities that increase process reliability, scalability, controls, and operational efficiency.
- Define and track data quality and process performance measures, document findings, and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
- Create and maintain data mappings, data lineage, process flows, business rules, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Support departmental research, reporting, testing, deployment, and change-management activities for system and process initiatives.
- Maintain effective working relationships with business, technology, supplier, distributor, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead or participate in special projects and perform other duties as directed.
