  • Establish and maintain trusted KPI frameworks, performance measures, reporting standards, and value realization approaches that support business performance monitoring, data-driven decision-making, and continual improvement of portfolio outcomes.
  • Lead and coach analysts in identifying opportunities to convert recurring analytical demand into reusable assets, standardized reporting, self-service capabilities, enterprise data products, automation opportunities, and scalable analytical solutions, while identifying opportunities where advanced analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, or Strategic Analytics support can accelerate business value.
  • Ensure analytics outputs, recommendations, data products, reporting assets, and measurement frameworks are reliable, actionable, aligned with enterprise standards, and capable of generating measurable business value.
  • Develop, maintain, and promote trusted reporting, dashboards, performance scorecards, business intelligence capabilities, and portfolio-level data products that improve visibility, support decision-making, and enable consistent measurement of business outcomes.
  • Coach colleagues to develop their target skills and capabilities in line with team and personal goals.
  • Allocate routine tasks or project work, in line with team objectives and individual capabilities. Monitor quality and performance against agreed criteria to make learning recommendations or to escalate concerns.
