If you thrive on translating raw donor data into actionable strategic insights to improve donor acquisition, retention and lifetime value, this position is for you.

- Perform deep-dive evaluations post-campaign to identify trends, channel effectiveness, and donor behaviour across direct mail, digital, and monthly giving programs.
- Analyze donor cohorts, giving levels, and lifetime value (LTV) to uncover opportunities for mid-level upgrades, lapsed donor win-back, and monthly donor conversion.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly analytical summaries to inform future budget allocations and campaign strategy.

- Track donor funnel movement (Acquisition → Second Gift → Recurring → Mid-Level) and recommend data-driven retention strategies.
- Monitor industry benchmarks to measure organizational performance against sector standards.
