Company Overview:

Connected Vehicles is transforming how fleets operate through advanced telematics, asset tracking, and data-driven technology. Our mission is to help businesses improve safety, efficiency, and profitability through connected intelligence.

We are looking for a hands-on, results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to build awareness, generate demand, and create a consistent flow of qualified opportunities for our Sales team.

This is a highly accountable role for a data-driven marketer who enjoys owning campaigns from strategy through execution, measurement, and optimization. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing our demand-generation engine and directly contributing to pipeline and revenue growth.

About the Role

Reporting to the Business Manager, the Demand Generation Manager will own and execute multi-channel demand-generation programs across paid search, paid social, LinkedIn, email, display, website, SEO, and lead-nurturing channels.

The ideal candidate combines strong digital marketing execution skills with analytical thinking and commercial awareness. You should be comfortable looking at campaign performance, identifying what is and isn't working, and taking action to continuously improve results.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy, Execution & Optimization

  • Develop, execute, and optimize integrated demand-generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, paid social, email, display, and other relevant digital channels.
  • Manage campaign calendars, budgets, targeting, messaging, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and optimize landing pages, forms, calls-to-action, and conversion paths.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to develop creative assets, messaging, and campaign content.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize targeting, creative, messaging, landing pages, and campaign workflows.
  • Manage campaigns from initial strategy through execution, reporting, and optimization.
  • Lead Generation & Funnel Management
  • Build programs that generate a consistent flow of qualified leads and sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with Sales to define and refine ideal customer profiles, lead qualification criteria, lead scoring, and follow-up processes.
  • Develop and manage lead-nurturing programs to move prospects through the buying journey.
  • Re-engage dormant, inactive, and cold leads through targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor lead quality and work with Sales to continuously improve the conversion of marketing-generated leads into sales opportunities.
  • Help establish and improve processes for tracking marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue.

Website, SEO & Digital Presence

  • Manage and continuously improve website content, landing pages, conversion paths, and calls-to-action.
  • Develop SEO initiatives designed to increase qualified organic traffic and lead generation.
  • Monitor website performance, traffic sources, conversion rates, and user behavior.
  • Identify opportunities to improve website conversion and overall digital performance.

Analytics, Reporting & Performance

  • Track and report on campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Monitor key metrics including:
  • Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • MQL-to-SQL conversion rate
  • Cost per Lead (CPL)
  • Cost per Acquisition (CPA), where applicable
  • Campaign conversion rates
  • Marketing-sourced pipeline
  • Campaign ROI
  • Translate data into clear recommendations and actionable improvements.
  • Provide regular performance updates to the Business Manager and Sales leadership.
  • Continuously evaluate channel performance and allocate resources toward the programs generating the strongest results.

What You Bring

  • 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation, lead generation, and digital marketing.
  • Proven experience planning, launching, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, paid social, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, Mailchimp, Lemlist, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns against measurable performance and pipeline goals.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing initiatives, and take ownership of results.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, fleet management, telematics, transportation, or a related industry is a strong asset.
