  • Develop strong relationships with cross-functional partners to build market and customer knowledge.
  • Monitor performance against forecast and Budget (volume and revenue) and provide detailed input for use in the Sales & Operations process.
  • Act as a change leader by fostering relationships, functional skills and process understanding to facilitate change and drive sustainable process and business improvements in the IBP cycle.
  • Use and maintain Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Business Insights and Sales to forecast new products.
  • Provide input and analysis for Demand Review meetings.
  • Maintain a good understanding of related supply chain processes and the downstream effects of demand planning decisions.
  • Assist with the management of item and vintage relationships to ensure sales through the proper vintage.
  • Maintain and utilize forecasting tools and methodologies established within the IBP process.

What skills and experience the teammate will bring
