  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Project Management to ensure efficient, buildable, and cost-effective designs.
  • Update as-built drawings based on shop feedback and field modifications.
  • Maintain revision control, drawing documentation, and support procurement teams with design data.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years total design experience in oil & gas, manufacturing, or welding environments.
  • Diploma in Engineering Design and Drafting Technology or equivalent.
  • Advanced proficiency in: Autodesk Inventor, and CADWorx.
  • Strong understanding of: P&IDs, ASME, API, and ERP systems.
  • Delivering fabrication-ready drawings that are accurate and manufacturable.
  • Working across teams to resolve design and assembly issues.
  • Keeping up with design changes and revision control.
  • Providing practical design solutions.
  • Thriving in a dynamic production environment where your work becomes a tangible product.

Why Join Bilton?

  • Extensive health & dental coverage
  • Flexible Spending Account + Employee Assistance Program
