  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including acquisition, marketing, brand, technology, finance and customer care, to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
  • Provide digital product expertise to projects and initiatives involving the Digital Customer Experience team.
  • Communicate progress, risks, dependencies and trade-offs transparently, managing expectations with stakeholders, partners and leadership.
  • Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of processes, standards and best practices for digital product and website management.

Qualifications

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability and an ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset and data-informed decision-making. Attention to detail and commitment to quality is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a natural ability to collaborate across functions and teams.
  • Agility and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • User-centric thinking and empathy for digital customers.
  • Curiosity, creativity and a continuous-improvement mindset, particularly in the practical use of AI.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies and product delivery practices.
  • Experience building, managing or optimizing consumer-facing digital experiences.
  • Hands-on experience with a content management system (CMS); Contentful or Drupal experience is a major asset.
  • Understanding of web development fundamentals and how web and digital environments operate, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Good understanding of user experience (UX) principles and the ability to apply a customer-oriented approach when defining and implementing solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications and wireless industry is an asset; e-commerce experience is also an asset.
  • Solid foundation in digital analytics and the ability to use data to inform recommendations and prioritization.
  • Curiosity about AI and a willingness to explore creative, responsible and practical ways to integrate AI into everyday work.
