Business Case Development and Initiative Execution

  • Translate strategic opportunities into well-defined business cases, recommendations, implementation plans, and performance measures.
  • Coordinate input from impacted business units, assess financial and non-financial benefits, identify risks and mitigants, and support the progression of approved initiatives from concept through launch and post-implementation evaluation.
