Job description

Fil Delivery is a rapidly growing, best-in-class, beverage supply chain company. We specialize in warehousing, picking, and packing, and delivery of premium craft beer, wine, and spirits in Southern Ontario. Fostering an engaged and safe workplace, our employees are motivated to provide outstanding customer service. Through innovative technology, we are continuously improving the delivery experience for our clients and their customers.

Role:

FIL's largest merchant relationships are multi-year, multi-service, and operationally complex, and this role owns them commercially from end to end. It's a consultative role rather than an account maintenance one: you'll need to understand a merchant's cost structure well enough to recommend real changes to it, not just keep the relationship running smoothly.

Benefits:

· Competitive salary

· Dental care

· Vision care

· Extended health care

· RRSP / DPSP Match

· Business-casual attire – comfortable yet professional

· On-site parking

· Opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the commercial relationship for a book of 6 to 10 strategic accounts, spanning warehousing, distribution, and freight.

• Lead quarterly business reviews grounded in real service data, including OTIF, fill rate, inventory accuracy, and exception root cause, not just a slide deck.

• Manage the annual rate review and contract renewal negotiation process.

• Identify opportunities to expand revenue into adjacent service lines within the existing book.

• Own executive escalations. When a strategic account has a service failure, you'll lead the recovery and the follow-up review.

• Represent the voice of the customer to operations, transportation, and the product roadmap.

What Success Looks Like in Year One

• Strong gross revenue retention on the strategic book.

• Net revenue expansion measured as incremental annualized revenue from existing accounts.

• Strong renewal rate and average contract term.

• Solid OTIF performance across the strategic book.

100% QBR completion: every strategic account, every quarter

What we are looking for:

• 6+ years in account management, customer success, or supply chain consulting, with experience managing enterprise accounts.

• A track record of holding a rate increase without losing the account.

• Strong data fluency; you should be comfortable building the QBR analysis yourself rather than relying on someone else to pull it together.

• Beverage-alcohol or regulated CPG background strongly preferred.

• English required; French is an asset.

Competencies:

• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to hold firm on pricing while protecting the relationship

• Comfortable analyzing service and performance data to build a credible business case

• Confident leading conversations with senior stakeholders, both internal and external

• High level of integrity and confidentiality

We support barrier-free and accessible employment practices. Should you require an accommodation (including, but not limited to, the application process or interview location) during the hiring process, please notify us if you are contacted to proceed in the recruitment process.
