We are seeking a Director, Planning, Procurement & Inventory to lead the enterprise function that turns customer demand into a credible, executable supply plan, secures material availability, and optimizes inventory across regions and fulfilment models.

This is an opportunity to bring Demand Planning, Supply and Production Planning, Tactical Procurement, and Inventory into one connected operating model. You will lead through significant organizational and ERP-enabled change while improving customer service and working capital together.

This position is located in London, Ontario, and will be onsite.

What you will do

· Lead enterprise planning and SIOP. Own demand planning, forecasting, executive SIOP, the approved enterprise supply plan, planning risk, and cross-functional escalation across regions and businesses.

· Strengthen supply and production planning. Lead master production scheduling, MRP, material-availability management, shortage recovery, and planning logic across Make-to-Stock, Engineer-to-Order, Configure-to-Order, and aftermarket flows.

· Direct tactical procurement and inventory governance. Lead tactical buying, supplier-delivery performance, purchasing master data, inventory strategy, service-level policy, E&O governance, record accuracy, and inventory improvement.

· Own Procurement Planning & inventory business processes through ERP transformation. Lead relevant Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay workstreams from design and testing through cutover, adoption, stabilization, process governance, and master-data health.

· Build one capable enterprise organization. Establish a common KPI architecture, management cadence, decision rights, standard work, talent development, succession coverage, and an everyday continuous-improvement operating system.

The essential requirements of the job include:

· A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.

· Progressive leadership of enterprise planning, tactical procurement, and inventory in a complex manufacturing environment.

· Demonstrated leadership across a combination of Make-to-Stock, Engineer-to-Order, Configure-to-Order, and aftermarket or service-parts planning.

· Direct ownership of Demand Planning and an executive S&OP or SIOP process that drove cross-functional decisions.

· End-to-end leadership of a major ERP business-process transformation covering design, testing, cutover, adoption, and stabilization.

It would be nice if you also possess:

· Experience leading substantial tactical buying and multi-site or multi-region inventory, with evidence of improved service, supplier delivery, inventory productivity, and record accuracy.

· Experience with Infor LN or a comparable enterprise ERP, APICS CPIM or CSCP certification, Lean or Six Sigma certification, or deployment of VES, DBS, Lean, or a comparable operating system.

The role is based in London, Ontario and supports sites and teams across multiple regions. Approximately 25% travel is expected, including periodic international travel. Travel may increase during major ERP deployment and operational-transformation activities.

Why this role matters
