The ideal candidate is a deep technical expert with a hands-on architectural mindset who will balance setting rigorous quality standards, governing external vendors, and driving platform modernization (including retiring legacy middleware platforms like Informatica IICS) with the direct leadership of a small, focused internal team of senior integration developers and architects.

Position Type: Regular - Full-Time

Advantages
Full-Time Permanent Opportunity: Join a globally recognized enterprise leader offering strong long-term career growth, comprehensive benefits, and competitive compensation.

High-Impact Architectural Scope: Serve as the primary technical platform owner driving enterprise integration strategy across major SAP S/4HANA and global cloud initiatives.

Modern Cloud Integration Stack: Architect end-to-end solutions across leading iPaaS environments, including SAP CPI, Azure Integration Services, and event-driven architectures.

Hands-On Technical Leadership: Directly lead and mentor a high-performing team of 3–4 senior integration developers while maintaining deep technical involvement in design and code reviews.

Responsibilities
Architecture & Strategy Leadership: Own, evolve, and execute the enterprise integration strategy, multi-year roadmap, and governance framework across global transformation programs (SAP CPI / Integration Suite and Azure Integration Services).

Platform Modernization: Architect and execute multi-year platform modernization initiatives, including the migration and retirement of legacy middleware platforms (e.g., migrating Informatica IICS workloads into the SAP CPI landscape).

Governance & Quality Standards: Define, enforce, and maintain enterprise integration standards, coding best practices, security guidelines, and technical documentation templates; lead formal design reviews across all program streams.

Cross-Pattern Oversight: Provide architectural oversight across API-led, event-driven, file-based, and batch integration patterns connecting SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, data lakes, and custom cloud applications.

Team Leadership & Mentorship: Directly manage and mentor a core internal team of senior integration developers and architects, fostering high technical excellence and continuous growth.

Vendor & AMS Governance: Oversee delivery quality across third-party System Integrators (SIs), vendor partners, and Application Maintenance Services (AMS) teams, ensuring strict adherence to enterprise supportability benchmarks.

Qualifications
Integration & Architecture Depth: 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise integration, architecture, or large-scale technology delivery within complex, global environments.

SAP Integration Mastery: Deep, hands-on technical expertise in SAP Integration Suite / CPI and SAP PI/PO.

Azure Integration Services: Strong technical proficiency with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Event Grid, Service Bus, API Management).

Modern Integration Patterns: Expert knowledge of API-led architecture, Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), batch processing, iPaaS solutions, and integration patterns connecting SAP (S/4HANA) and non-SAP ecosystems.

Tech-First Mindset: Demonstrated desire and ability to remain deeply technical—evaluating code, reviewing detailed technical specs, and solving complex architectural bottlenecks.

Vendor Governance: Proven track record governing multi-vendor, System Integrator (SI), and AMS delivery models against quality, timeline, and SLA benchmarks.

Communication & Influencing: Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical strategies to business leaders.

Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Hands-on familiarity with legacy ETL/iPaaS platforms, specifically Informatica IICS.

Exposure to future-state AI/agentic solution integrations and automated workflow enablement.
