You bring a proactive mindset, deep operational and financial acumen, strong understanding of the commercial leasing environment and proven experience leading site teams. With a strong grasp of property budgeting, preventive maintenance, and vendor oversight, you excel at balancing exceptional tenant satisfaction with overall business performance and asset value.
- 7+ years of property management experience with demonstrated success overseeing high-performing commercial assets, specifically across both retail and office portfolios.
- Experienced in annual budget development, financial reporting, variance analysis, and managing property operational costs.
- Skilled in property management systems (Yardi) and Microsoft Office applications.
