About the role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience joining the Creative & Brand Studio. This role is ideal for a talented designer who enjoys creating engaging digital communications and customer experiences across email, marketing, and communication channels. You'll work closely with copywriters, project managers, developers, marketers, and brand partners to deliver high-quality creative work that supports business objectives and strengthens our brands.

The successful candidate combines strong visual design skills with solid page layout expertise, an understanding of UX best practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers to ensure smooth implementation of creative assets. This role is primarily focused on email marketing, digital communications, and customer-facing communication experiences.

What you’ll do here:

  • Design and produce email communications, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
  • Adapt visual content across multiple brands, audiences, devices, and communication channels.
  • Transform briefs into effective and visually engaging design solutions.
  • Apply user experience best practices to email and digital communication projects.
  • Design layouts that improve clarity, usability, and engagement.
  • Consider customer journeys and user behaviors when developing design solutions.
  • Help maintain consistency across digital experiences and communication touchpoints.
  • Prepare production-ready designs and assets for implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate translation of design concepts into final products.
  • Communicate layout specifications, responsive behaviours, and design requirements.
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables.
  • Contribute to the organization, maintenance, and governance of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.

What you bring to the table:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, digital communications, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating email design, digital communications, and marketing projects.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
  • Knowledge of UX principles and digital user behaviors.
  • Experience collaborating with developers and preparing files for handoff.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
  • Experience designing responsive email campaigns.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and email development constraints.
  • Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, including asset organization, metadata, and governance.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards for digital communications.
  • Experience working in a multi-brand environment.
  • No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
