You’ve worked in environments where you contributed to building or evolving the HR function—whether by developing tools, defining processes, advising stakeholders, or supporting an organization through change and modernization. You’re comfortable with HR software and using data to inform decisions, and you’re skilled at supporting teams through change and collaborating across all levels of the organization.

You’re known for your organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail, as well as your ability to explain HR matters clearly, support managers in their decision-making, and offer practical, well-adapted solutions.

By joining our team, you'll put your expertise and dedication to work in strengthening our HR practices and supporting our journey toward modernization.
