· Assist with commissioning and testing of new cooling infrastructure during buildouts or retrofits.

· Document all maintenance activities, system readings, and repairs in CMMS/work order systems.

· Support KPI tracking by reporting on system performance metrics (e.g., temperature delta, coolant flow, efficiency indicators).

Requirements

Desired Skills, Qualifications and Competencies include:

· 5+ years HVAC experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical facilities (data center experience strongly preferred).

· Knowledge of hydronic cooling systems, liquid distribution, and precision air handling.

· Experience with liquid cooling (L2C, immersion) preferred

· CMMS or Work Order Management proficiency

· Pre-employment screening, including background check and substance testing may be required according to company policies.

· Must provide own steel-toed work boots; other PPE will be supplied.
