Your mission is successful when both the caregivers and management teams of the LTC homes are happy to work with Momo and exploit the value of the Momo app in their day-to-day work. You build strong relationships with care staff and management teams, leading to sustainable partnerships. You make new LTC homes excited to start working with the Momo App, support care staff and management in every step of the implementation process, and continue to maintain a strong relationship along the way.
Your key responsibilities include:
Project Leadership: You will be the main point of contact for long-term care homes adopting Momo BedSense, overseeing the entire implementation process, from initial introduction to final evaluation.
On-Site Support: Manage installation logistics, conduct training sessions for care staff, and provide hands-on support during site visits and by phone.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with LTC home management and staff, frequently visiting and calling to gather feedback, answer questions, and offer ongoing support.
Problem-Solving: Identify and address bottlenecks during implementation, working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and happy users.

Continuous Learning: Gather insights from user feedback to continually improve the implementation process and contribute to future product development.
