Job description

Do you love insurance but want something more dynamic?

Are you an experienced personal lines broker who loves variety, thrives on helping teams succeed, and genuinely enjoys insurance?

As we continue to grow, Collectivfide is looking for a Personal Lines Flex Broker to join our newly established Shared Services team, a vital, service-first role supporting our network of 15 brokerages. This position is perfect for someone who is confident, friendly, adaptable, and ready to step in and make an impact wherever support is needed.

This isn’t a traditional “one desk, one book” brokerage role. It’s built for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, prides themselves on providing great customer service, and being the person teams rely on when it matters most.

In this role, you’ll support multiple brokerages across our network, bringing stability to busy teams and helping deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience… and they’ll love you for it! You are welcome to work at the brokerage you are helping out or to work remotely!

And the best part? No sales targets. No commission pressure. Just great insurance work, strong relationships, and meaningful support.

At Collectivfide, we’re building something different.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handle day-to-day personal lines servicing with confidence and care using EPIC.
  • Service and support brokerages when extra capacity is needed
  • Work remotely or onsite depending on where support is required
  • Bring consistency, professionalism, and positive energy to every assignment
  • Build trust quickly, with both clients and team members

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of personal lines broker experience
  • Active RIBO license in good standing
  • Strong, hands-on Epic experience
  • The ability to hit the ground running in new environments
  • A friendly, client-first mindset and strong communication skills
  • Confidence working independently without a lot of ramp-up
  • A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service

Why This Role Stands Out

  • No sales pressure – salary only, no commission
  • No book ownership – focus on service, not production
  • Variety built in – work across multiple brokerages and teams
  • Flexibility – remote, hybrid, or in-office depending on need
  • Impact – you’re the person teams rely on when it matters most

Who is the ideal candidate?

  • A strong broker who’s ready for something less routine
  • Someone who enjoys change, variety, and new environments
  • A natural “people person” who builds trust quickly
  • A professional who takes pride in being reliable, adaptable, and easy to work with

About Collectivfide

Collectivfide is a growing network of brokerages supported by a collaborative Shared Services model, designed to bring consistency, flexibility, and strength across every location.

Compensation and Benefits

We believe in being transparent about compensation. Our salary ranges reflect the skills, experience, and responsibilities required for each role while providing opportunities for growth as you develop your career with us.

Candidates with extensive, directly relevant experience will typically be hired at or near the midpoint of the salary range. The upper end of the range is generally reserved for team members who consistently demonstrate exceptional performance, make a meaningful impact, and continue to grow within their role. Those who are earlier in their career or building experience may join below the midpoint, with opportunities to progress over time.

Your final salary will be based on your experience, skills, qualifications, and the value you bring to the role.

Of course, great compensation is about more than salary. We offer a competitive total rewards package that includes comprehensive health and dental benefits, employer pension matching, generous vacation time, personal days, volunteer days, and Pawreavement Leave, because we know pets are family, too.
