  • Coordinate daily activities to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Project Planning, Scheduling & Coordination

  • Plan and schedule irrigation installations to meet project timelines and construction sequencing requirements.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Leaders to ensure irrigation work is completed efficiently and at the appropriate stage of each project.
  • Source and purchase irrigation materials and components as required.
  • Anticipate labour, equipment, and material requirements and communicate needs proactively.
  • Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and irrigation supplies.
  • Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available when needed to support project success.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address changing site conditions and priorities.
  • Deploy team members effectively to maximize productivity, efficiency, and quality.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and recommendations clearly and proactively to stakeholders.

Safety and Administration

  • Maintain Fossil’s high standards for workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Promote a culture of safety and professionalism on every job site.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working order.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members.
  • Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment to previous employers.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and comfort driving company vehicles.
  • Certified Irrigation Technician Level 1 and 2.

Assets
