Mentor technical teams and facilitate knowledge sharing to increase automation maturity and adoption.

Value Realisation & Continuous Improvement

Maintain visibility of the automation portfolio, including priorities, risks, dependencies, and realised benefits.

Define and monitor success measures for automation initiatives, including productivity gains, operational efficiency, service quality, reliability, and cost optimisation.

Drive continuous improvement of automation capabilities, standards, and practices across the organisation.
